These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://www.chandratre.org/ (“Website”), operated by Vasudha Chandratre Welfare Foundation, a non-profit organization registered in India (“Foundation”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

 

By accessing or using this Website, you (“you”, “user”, or “visitor”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

1. Use of the Website

The Website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate engagement with the Foundation’s charitable activities, including but not limited to receiving donations, volunteer sign-ups, and dissemination of updates.

2. Donations and Contributions

  • All donations made to the Foundation through this Website are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • The Foundation reserves the right to allocate donated funds at its sole discretion toward any of its approved charitable programs and operational needs.

  • Any online payment information is processed via secure, third-party payment gateways. The Foundation does not store sensitive payment data (e.g., credit/debit card numbers) on its servers.

  • Donors may request acknowledgment receipts, and if applicable, donation tax exemption certificates under relevant provisions (e.g., Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act).

  • The Foundation is not liable for any technical failures or disruptions in online transactions caused by third-party platforms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials published or otherwise available on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and design, are the property of the Foundation or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Website without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.

4. User Submissions and Conduct

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik.
